UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

• 6th April - Good Friday

• 9th April - Easter Monday

• 7th May - Early May Bank Holiday

• 4th June - Spring Bank Holiday

• 5th June - Queens Diamond Jubilee

• 27th August - Summer Bank Holiday

• 25th December - Christmas Day

• 26th December - Boxing Day

WHEN WE DELIVER

Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days). 

If you're not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times over the next working days. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.

RETURNS

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Currently customers have this option for making a return:

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.
