OTHER INFORMATION

We're really quick at packing your order up, which means we can't make any changes once your order has been sent. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

  • 2nd January - New Year's Day
  • 6th April - Good Friday
  • 9th April - Easter Monday
  • 7th May - Early May Bank Holiday
  • 4th June - Spring Bank Holiday
  • 5th June - Queens Diamond Jubilee
  • 27th August - Summer Bank Holiday
  • 25th December - Christmas Day
  • 26th December - Boxing Day

 

WHEN WE DELIVER

Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days). 

If you're not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver it two more times over the next working days. Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order. 

 

RETURNS

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Customer will have to pay for the item being send back to us.

Please note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging.


Free returns for all US customers

To send your US item back to us, simply follow the below steps: 

  1. Contact us to info@valentinavalentti.co.uk that you would like to send an item back to us
  2. Log into link bellow with your email address and your order number

  1. Click Create Return label 
  2. Check if your details are correct
  3. Click Proceed with Returns
  4. Print prepaid return label and attach it to your package
  5. Take this item to your nearest USPS Post Office® branch
  6. Let us know that you have posted this item back to us.

 

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for refund first and then place a new order.
